How I created an essential sales management tool from scratch.

Project overview

The project involved helping a B2B platform that supports specific industries optimize their prospecting process. The platform aimed to enhance lead generation and sales through a combination of intelligent prospecting tools and actionable data insights.

We integrated the registration page with popular tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Calendly, Gmail, LinkedIn, and more. Alternatively, users could upload their own CRM. Thanks to AI, users land directly on a fully functional dashboard instead of the usual frustrating, empty one. This common issue has always bothered me personally, so I wanted to change that experience.

Now, have you ever described your company to a platform, and it started working for you like the best employee you’ve ever had? I hadn't, and creating an intuitive path for users to fill in all that information was a real challenge. Together with the team, we identified four key sections that needed to be completed for the platform to function optimally. The more detailed the input, the more accurate the outreach.

I designed the dashboard to minimize unnecessary clicks, utilizing the entire screen space to provide a seamless and efficient workflow for managing prospects and leads. Every element was carefully placed with the user’s experience in focus.

And of course, what’s a dashboard without data? To keep things simple yet effective, we displayed only the most relevant statistics for sales teams, allowing them to track their progress without being overloaded with unnecessary information.

The integrations allow users to manage meetings, view and send messages from various sources, and AI ensures that the best engagement strategy is presented. All the user needs to do is approve or decline suggestions — making their workflow effortless.

Results

We didn’t have much time for this project—only 2 months—but the results were worth it. I successfully launched a platform that quickly gained traction, attracting a significant number of businesses who are already spreading the word about it.
